FP not received yet in Newark,NJ?? What is happening??

Any clue where does NEWARK,NJ stand on FP??

My dates are as follows :

RD : 10/25/2001
ND : 12/03/2001
EAD : 12/15/2001
AP : 1/16/2002
Waiting for FP call. Applied to VSC. Reside in NJ and applied initially from PA. I am expecting an FP call anytime. I am from India and have applied in EB3 category !!! Curreently without job and dont see any real sings of the market picking up - so, waiting eagerly for April when I complete my 180 days. My employer is keeping my status active....

Anybody else applied during the same time to VSC, please respond...

I am curious the 180 day policy is from RD or ND date? Just curious.

Also one basic doubt -- Is the RD date the date INS receives the packet? because I dont see anywhere RD on my Notice date.

FP call - VSC will phone you or mail you a notice?

I am in the same boat as you. You mentioned "waiting for FP call", do you mean they will call you over the phone or just mail you a FP notice by postal mail?
