Applied for 485 just 2 wks back and not recvd EAD. I have been approved for a promotion in the same field/group and with same employer, but a different job title and $. Can i take it now or have to wait till i get EAD or wait 180 days of 485 filing date. What are my options? Any experience or help will be appreciated.

There is nothing to worry, as you are with same employer. Yes pay stub will indicate the raise in salary but no sign of worry as you are continuing with the same employer has a HIGHER precedence then
pay stub. Can anybody correct me??
