Hi
I am schduled for Finger printing in the second week of February
I am geting married in March
should I postpone my finger printing if I want to add my wife/fiance in my aos

are yu going on a h1b or are you using EAD/AP?

If you are going on a valid H1b then no problem. Go get married. and bring her in H4 visa.

But if you are going on EAD and AP and getting married, the bride has to stay at her place till she does CP and get GC!! Long process.

I completed my FP on Feb 22. I am not married yet, but looking. How many more months do I have to get married to use follow-to-join benefits? I have H1B+AP+EAD
