forum123 Your H1 was approved as new, not as transfer and that is the reason why, you didn't get the I-94 along with new H1. So, you got to go outside US to got a new stamp. Now that your H1 is expired and you are working on EAD, you shouldn't have any problem travelling with AP.

I am one of those Stupids I agree with 1amShantanuB . My 1st FP notice date was 4/30/2002, but I gave it on 4/2/2002 itself. If I had given on 4/30/2002, there would have been good chances me getting approval without 2nd FP. Bob
