Whats happening to 2nd FP Guys

BCIS is trying to keep me in dark

I have given my 2nd FP on 5th of August. Forget about, what BCIS is doing with my case, the status itself is not updated about my 2nd FP notice issue or receipt of FP results. It still plays the same tune 'on April 2002, we have received the results of your finger prints,,,, bla bla bla'.
 
It means that after 2nd FP BCIS will take no action for another 2-3 months and then officer will pick the case may send RFE and another 3-4 months.

I start to wondering that all cases of 1st FP april 02 are being delayed.
