I am curious to know whether Feb filers whoose FP is been expired getting 2nd FP notice, as my FP expired last week

Yes did receive 2nd fp. I did my first FP in March '02

I guess second notice was generated automatically.

My date on schedule was Aug 28 so it means they will process our case close to september?

They processed all cases whose FP was done in July 08 or later.

Ist FP : Apr 30 2002
2nd FP : July 28 2003.

Long time ago there was some discussion regarding picking of cases on the basis of FP, is that true these days or BCIS is picking cases randomly

FP expired on 04/30/2003 (appeared for FP on 04/30/2002; FP received by BCIS: 05/06/2002). RD 02/12/2002, ND 03/01/2002.

No notice for second FP yet.

I have the same FP expiry date like you. I didn't get my 2nd FP notice yet. However, my understanding is that the applicant's lawyer should get a copy of the finger print also. Thanks.

Just Curious.......How come your EAC is EAC0213XXXXX with ND 28 Feb 2002 ? ND 28 Feb 2002 should be EAC 02121XXXXX !!!!!!!........
