I can see lot of applicants I-140 LUD changed ( I-140 /I-485 Nov 21, 2003 ) LUD changed from 12/13 to 12/16 th and then stopped. Let's think that they are waiting for stationary to print approval notices :-)

Yes :-) but they approved only AP today.. :-(

It seems we all are in same boat. My I-140, I-485 and I-131 Date changed on Dec 13th and Dec 14th ... Hope we are close :-) My RD : Nov 21st 2003 EB2 PD : April, 2003

Hi, I applied for I-140 on Nov 21st, 2003. I applied for second EAD and it is approved today.. I-140 LUD is also changed ? Do they always touch I-140 before approving EAD ? thanks in advance.

Pintu, We got FP notice 6 months back ? we don't see any approval yet.. by this you can say how FP helps :-)

1 st one is not true. you can change jobs after I-485 pending for 6 months. ( To be safe people wait for I-140 approval )

Hi, I applied for AP on Oct 12th 2004 ( not approved yet ). My wife is having H4 visa till Feb 14th 2005. She is planning to come back on Feb 3rd, 2005. Do you think its risky to come on Feb 3rd, 2005 as she will be having only 10 days left in visa?? Please advice. thanks in advance...

My ND is Nov 21, 2003 EB2 Applied for EAD/AP etc etc on Oct 12th 2004. No news. No trend ... only luck matters :-)
