EAD Approved ( I 140 LUD change )

Hi,
I applied for I-140 on Nov 21st, 2003. I applied for second EAD and it is approved today.. I-140 LUD is also changed ?

Do they always touch I-140 before approving EAD ?

Not true in our case. Our second EAD was approved last month but the I140 LUD is still stuck at the RD.

Maybe they are working on your I140. Keep your fingers crossed.
