Guys,

Let's try to make out the concealed processing pattern of NCS's by posting our experiences with LUDs with possible message updates and/or actions on the cases

This way we can atleast see a trend if at all NSC follows,
Yeah! Yeah! I know there's none but :rolleyes:

Nothing to loose, lets share our paradigm
 
LUD change only once on 12/10/04 for I-140/485

Lousy NSC

I think even God doesn't know when NSC is going to realize there lousiness.

Let's hope for the best. Something gotta come before DEC'31 man, else we are totally ??? :mad: :mad:

Even TSC is approving FEB/MARCH'04 cases :eek:

I completely agree with you,come2papagc !!
NSC really SUCKS and it is slower than the traditioanlly slowest TSC, coz TSC moved their EB-3 I-140 processing dates 08/03 suddenly to 01/04. NSC just wake up in wake of this messy EB3 retrogression.

KVRP & COME2PAPAGC,

I noticed most of our major milestone dates for GC are pretty close. I think we need to be in touch.

Hope we get at least I-140 approval before end of this year.

Looks like NSC is slowly started following the PD dates :rolleyes:

As per Rupnet, 6 approvals of which 5 are EB2 and 1 EB3 with PD of 2001.

Are we sc***d :(

FP done 5/2004 LUD changed for 485 -
LUD never changed for 140. it's still 11/27/2003. :mad: :mad: :mad:

RD for I140 and I485 10/16/03

1st LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.
2nd LUD on I485 - 12/15/04 - RFE issued
3rd LUD on I485 - 12/16/04 - Same message

No LUD on I140 since RD

You are right. We three had pretty close GC milestone dates. Let's be in touch and share our case updates (if any) thru this forum.

Gurus,

Here are some pessimetic thoughts.

I do not expect I-140 getting approved this year even if our LUDs changed on 10th Dec04. And in last couple of weeks there is no EB3 approval but only EB2 approvals. So NSC must have stopped processing EB3 & started working on EB2 category.
With this I assume its dooms day not more hopes of I-140 approvals.

So no more worries about GC as there are no hopes. So enjoy the holidays.
 
I can see lot of applicants I-140 LUD changed ( I-140 /I-485 Nov 21, 2003 )
LUD changed from 12/13 to 12/16 th and then stopped.

Let's think that they are waiting for stationary to print approval notices :)

Its Jan 05 and no I-140 approval.

Is anybody out there with Dec04 LUD got I-140 approval?
