Please advice

Hi,
I applied for AP on Oct 12th 2004 ( not approved yet ). My wife is having H4 visa till Feb 14th 2005.
She is planning to come back on Feb 3rd, 2005.
Do you think its risky to come on Feb 3rd, 2005 as she will be having only 10 days left in visa??

Please advice.

No, that's should not be a problem, as long as she come before her H4 visa expires. She might be asked what she's going after on what to do since her visa is expiring, she just need to tell them she's waiting for her AP. There should not be a problem...
