I-140 Approved on 12/17/04

Hi all:

Today I received the long-awaited lucky mail from USCIS regarding approval of my I-140.

Here are my details:

I-140: RD-10/09/2003, ND-10/15/2003 (Skilled Worker or Professional)
I-485: RD-10/09/2003, ND-10/15/2003, FP-April 21, 2004, RFE-(Issued: 11/10/2004,Response received and Site Updated: 12/03/04), LUD: 12/06/04,12/07/04,12/08/04 (no message change).
I-485 (Spouse): RD-10/09/2003, ND-10/15/2003, FP-May 28, 2004, NO LUD since FP.
AP: RD-10/09/2003, ND-10/15/2003, Approved- November 28, 2003
EAD: RD-10/09/2003, ND-10/15/2003, Approved- November 28, 2003, 2nd EAD: RD-10/26/04, ND-10/26/04

How long do you guys think, it will take for I-485 approval.

I am very grateful to all the members of this forum for their postings. The information and support really kept my morals high. Thank You.

No LUD for I-140

There was no LUD change for I-140 until the approval.

For I-485, since finger printing approval, there was no change in LUD until I received RFE on 11/10/04. Then there was message change on 12/03/04 regarding receiving the response for RFE for I-485. Then there was LUD on 12/06/04, 12/07/04 and 12/08/04 without any further change in message. Then today I got message for approval of I-140.
Hoping for I-485 approval soon :)

If you are from India, China or Philippines, I will guess you will get it before Jan 1, 2005 or you will get it many years later.
