I am AUG 2001 RD/SEP ND. It doesn't seem NSC is doing any work. Today there were 12 approvals at Vermont and just 2 in NSC. God when will I get my freedom???

Jack, I agree with u. Even i am happy for Sept. people getting approved. But what abt folks from July/AUG NSC is just one big black box. can't figure what process those morons in NSC follow.

Hey Jack, What is this audit stuff? Do all centers do it or is it only NSC specific? How long does it go on? BTW On rupnet it looks like there were just 2 approvals for NSC and 8 for VSC. Thanks. sk

I don't understand. Are you saying 485 cases will not be processed after Sept 27th? I thought we are assigned a immigrant visa when out I140 is approved. and 485 is just ajustment of status. Can you pls clarify. Thx.

It means ur fp was done and was non-identifiable. that means it could not be found in FBI database. so ur fine, u don't have any criminal history etc. thats what it says for many of us...

I hope you are right and we all get our GC's this year. But as Jack said NSC keeps moving back and forth. They take a step forward and 2 backwards. In feb 2002 I thought I would get my GC in a month or 2 (that time the dates moved 3 months ahead in a month), but here I am still waiting...
