Second FP still not received My FP1 was done in June 2004, I have NOT received the second FP yet. I have completed biometrics(index finger only) in August 2005. Well when should I expect second FP. Please reply.

New Delhi Dates The New Delhi site says that these are the priority dates for the month of October 2005. They should have said that the dates are for the month of NOVEMBER 2005. Am I right? I think its a typo.

Totally agree with eBhola I totally agree with ebhola. By increasing the validity of EAD and Advance Parole to 5 years, we actually will have a lot of peace. Plus, the congress wont mind it. This seems like a wonderful solution to me. Its like getting a green card.

Same Here. I applied for my renewal EAD at NSC on April 6th. The processing page shows that they are processing the EAD applications with ND of April 6th. I just called the customer service number and it says the same status. NO RFE and nothing What should I do??? Thanks dwl800

I think its anywhere between 40-60 days for even a renewal EAD at NSC. But I guess if someone is exceptionally lucky then the case is different

What does your online status show...? Does it say that its on hold or it says other normal message.

MY renewal EAD is pending at NSC from April 6th. I efiled it. Biometrics were done on April 7th and sent the supporting documents on April 8th. The LUD changed on April 12th. So I guess I will have to wait another week or so. Right now they are processing EAD with ND of March 18th as per the...

I efiled EAD on April 6th. Still not approved. Status did NOT change after biometrics for me too. SO hang in there!!!

Thanks I have already applied for I-485 last year. So I guess I will be renewing the EAD and AP documents for years to come...if visa numbers retrogress for EB-3 and/or become "unavailable". Well, its better than waiting for the PD to become "current" and then applying for 485...

So if the visa number becomes "unavailable", can we still apply for EAD and AP? Please reply
