Its Typo for sure.
May 00 is PD for China and whoever updated page for this site, they got PD for INDIA from CHINA column

Please check Mumbai consulate website.

It shows the same as October visa bulletin.

Mumbai points to the official US visa bulletin where as in New Delhi there is no link it just give the dates..
So each consulate uses different way to represent.. New Delhi just updates web site with dates .. so this could be true. :D.. Manila bulletin proved that all consulate gets cut of dates before US official publish their cut of dates... Cross the fingers and wait ..will have correct date by tomorrow.

New Delhi Dates

The New Delhi site says that these are the priority dates for the month of October 2005. They should have said that the dates are for the month of NOVEMBER 2005. Am I right?

I think its a typo.
 
Sorry EB2 guys...
The dates are correct.....but now EB3 will move very slowly....as there are hundreds of thousands.....

Mine is EB3 2003...hopefully ....it gets current in next two years....

The DOS bulletin still has October 2005 in it, where did u crosscheck the dates??

I think during the last retrogression years 2000,01,02 a lot of people from India, China,Philli filed under EB-2 not EB-3.

Also the 2001(April) lot where Bush gave illegal immigrants amnesty were mostly from Mexico EB3(and mostly others within EB3), I don't think these will have any large effect on the fixed country allocated visas for India,China,Philli.

Folks....EB3 is not current again...it is May 00....

The reason is Hundreds of thousands of People entered USA in 98/99 and they have all applied starting in 00....and I am one of them....with PD May 03....

Now EB3 will crawl and crawl.....and crawl....till My hair turns gray.....
