its 30 days to day and no EAd and AP!!!!!

still waiting for EAD and advance Par.,receipt date 04/13/05,its 30days today, i need both of them badly now!!!,what should i do wait or go get an intrim???!!!
 
You can not get an interim EAD until 90 days have passed from the receipt date. For emergency AP you must have a bonafide emergency to even consider asking for it.

Where did you file it ?

If I recall correctly, NSC is processing EADs and APs in about 60 days ....

I don't think any center is processing it around 30 days -- seems like about 50+ days is the typical time it takes.
 
you have to be kidding. People are waiting for the receipt notices for more than 4 weeks, and you actually want the EAD in such a short time?

I have to take back my earlier comments of ~50 days processing.

EAD and AP @NSC ND: Apr 20th
Approved emails for both: May 13th - that's less than 25 days flat !!!

I guess they're speeding up now ...
 
I think its anywhere between 40-60 days for even a renewal EAD at NSC. But I guess if someone is exceptionally lucky then the case is different
