I agree...give a shot at both I am sure both will get through. I did EB1A myself and also got my employer to file EB1B for me. Both were approved sometime back......and there was no question raised on EB1A. All the best.

Hi Vidhya -there is no harm in trying. i would suggest to go ahead and give it a shot. -publications, citations, review of manuscripts would work in your favor -i am sure csir fellowship won't help a lot (I myself had one) but there is no harm in including -one good thing is news...

Hi chnhati200 with just 2 publications, you will have to work really hard to make your petition impressive. By the way, when did you have this publications....if its been a year or more....the USCIS would be more interested in hearing about their citations ! USCIS would be more inclined...

I agree with all others - this is a tough one. Can you tell us a little about the persons who wrote the letters. I imagine that the ones with long CVs would be senior Professors etc...but you also mentioned there were a few with shorter CVs....can you please let us know about the background...
