I am pleased to say that my NIW I-140 @ NSC has been approved. My attorney hasn't received the Approval Notice yet.

This is an awesome website and I thank all forum members for their insightful thoughts.

I was looking at trackitt.....most cases get approved pretty quickly after RFE and your case should be around the corner i guess. Have you seen LUD's lately? Which service center?
