    OCI - San Francisco Tracker

In typical fashion, the instructions on the CG's website and that of the External Affairs website are different. I had a few quesitons regarding the supporting docs they (i.e. CGSF) have requested. 1. What does "self-attested" mean? Does this mean I simply sign the page? Does it mean I...

    N 400 and Speeding-Help needed

Take all the documentation you have. If asked by the interviewing officer, tell them the truth. Also mention that since it was a simple speeding ticket, you didn't think much of it and didn't mention it on your application. Then provide them with whatever documents you have. And lastly, don't...

Los Angeles, CA - N-400 Timeline

I've never been there but I imagine that just parking will take a while, just because there will be so many people with their friends and family. It is probably a good idea to get there earlier than an hour before the actual ceremony.

nothing to worry about That's right. Skim through the various posts and you'll see that this is nothing to worry about at all. I got the same thing on my notice and was not asked for any extra evidence during my interview. And yes, I am scheduled for an oath later this month. Cheers...

    N-400 with trafic Tickets

I agree I'm in agreement with JohnnyCash. A ticket received for a moving violation is a citation. I reported mine on the N-400 and also wrote that the ticket was paid. I was going 45 on a 30 while overtaking a gazillion year old driver and some cop wasn't happy about it. Fine. I admitted my...

Los Angeles, CA - N-400 Timeline

Yes, I got my GC when I was living in the Midwest. I'm not aware of any problems with file transfer since I moved to CA a few years ago. It is possible that your friend moved just before filing for citizenship and didn't have enough time between filing the change of address and filing the N-400...

Where to sign photo during interview ??

take a chill pill Sony55, From reading your posts, I get the feeling you are worrying too much about stuff that is quite inconsequential. Take it easy. If you haven't done anything stupid, there is no reason why you won't get your application for citizenship approved.
