I have a question abt where to sign our photos during interview ? (As I have interview coming up this week). The reason I am asking this that some people had problem in past abt this. I submitted photo as per new requirements but the photo that I submitted has no white space at the bottom as its just my body with blue shirt on so dont know where to sign on this blue color ?? There are some white background space left at sides & top but I think they are not asking there to sign it.
Should I need to take any new picture which has some white space left at the bottom ? or nothing to worry ???
pl. share your exp. Thanks in advance!!

Come on kind, think about it! You would sign the back of it , not the front. Besides, don't you think the interviewer would instruct as where to sign if you didn't know ?!!
I hope that we save this forum useful and informative for real issues.
But don't get me wrong, i am more than happy, just like the others here, to help you with anything you might need.
Good luck on your interview
Thanks Sony...that's the part I dint know..where to sign ?? If its back side than yeah no worry....but long back I read someone had problem with photo & signing it...so just thought to ask it....

P.S. No question is dumb question...Not always all questions have to have "FBI", "court" such kind of heavy words to prove that its "useful and informative real issue" !!!!!!!!!!! Just kiding :) :)

You need to sign on the front

I think you need to sign on the front on the side.
But I'm not a 100% sure.

You will have to sign your full name on front of your photo. I have signed mine on the left side, in two lines. It’s precision work. Bring a fine permanent marker and do not get distracted by the officer who is going to stare at you during the signing. Take you time.

At my interview, I had to sign "First, Middle and Last" on the front three sides of the photo respectively.

I my interview , the officer did not ask me to sign he photo . Can any one sharehis/her experience ? Thanks

i didn't sign any photos at my interview either. I just sent the photos with my application signing the back of them with a pencil like the instructions said. Any suggestions or thoughts why was that?
When I sent the app, I signed the back with pencil as instructed on the form. During the interview, the officer asked me to sing my name on the front of the pic (Left side). He even provided me with a ball point pen. I had to sign both copies of my pic. I am assuming one of them will show up in the Cit Certificate ,I read somewhere that the certificate has your pic on it, not 100% sure though as I have never seen a certificate myself.

Sony! What a change! Does it seem like a “real issue” to you now?!

Relax,sony!!!

Every thread here is filling up with your increasingly anxious postings.

Your delays don't seem at all unusual compared to others here. If you have no reason to believe there's an issue with your background and your interview went OK, then you're just going to have to be patient. Worrying about whether you signed your photos properly or that Memphis is a "sub" DO (or whatever else you think is the case) isn't going to get your oath date any closer. Take it easy, and be content that that you've already done all that you can to be proactive about this. If you keep hounding your political reps., your DO and the people here then you run the risk of starting to harm your situation (and your state of mind) rather than make it better. Chill out, take a break and I bet anytime soon you'll get pleasantly surprised with that oath appointment letter. Good luck!!!

take a chill pill

Sony55,

From reading your posts, I get the feeling you are worrying too much about stuff that is quite inconsequential. Take it easy. If you haven't done anything stupid, there is no reason why you won't get your application for citizenship approved.

Sony55- why are you hiding in caves ??

Sony dude...why are you hiding in caves ????(and deleted all your posts from this thread   )
Come on, relax, be logical & cool....you will get your oath soon......

Thanks Kind_SD. I am not hiding. I believe it's better to deleter my "worrying" message as there was no need for them. they just concern me. thanks to everybody else; who encouraged me and opened my eyes. I will be posting useful posts only from now on. I am little hurt but that's the truth. thanks again
