Me too. Got first fp notice yesterday scheduled at the memphis center on OCT 19th 2004 (ND 10/20/2003). My wife did not get her notice though. Is this normal ?

correction... except for my nd of i140 all dates are correct I140 ND October 20, 2003 rfe issued on June 28, 2004 rfe response received on July 22, 2004 I140 approved on Aug 3, 2004 it took them 2 weeks to respond after receiving my rfe. actually they did a lud change on July...

At last! :) 140 approved today and end of agony! Only to start another one (485 queue) but at least freedom to change companies... Had an rfe for education evaluation even though I had B.E computer science from a reputed college (can’t really understand them). I140 ND October 20, 2004...

Gurus, Has there been any change in the AC-21 law yet regarding to the validity to file for AC21. Is this true ? 1) 180 days after filing I485 AND CLEARING I140 OR 2) 180 days after filing I485 AND any status of I140 I heard it that nowadays with delayed processing of I40...

this is what I got as response "On March 15, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 120 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less...

rfe says left country ! Well now This is wierd ! Got an rfe which says applicant left country on 08/25/2000 . Well atleast thats the day when I joined a new company and I had a valid H1B with them till 10/01/2003 and then I applied for the extension. And now this rfe ! Can't they see that...
