h-1 extension applied in june and still waiting

I applied for H-1b extension on June 18th 2003 and haven't received any response on the uscis website. The status usually shows the usual saga...I called the customer service and they say that only the petitioner can iquire by phone !

rfe says left country !

Well now This is wierd ! Got an rfe which says applicant left country on 08/25/2000 . Well atleast thats the day when I joined a new company and I had a valid H1B with them till 10/01/2003 and then I applied for the extension.

And now this rfe ! Can't they see that my state and federal labor got cleared ! applied for i140/ead/485 ! got my first EAD !
And all this while I was not in the country !!! How on earth is that possible ! It's a shame !

Lawyer says send copies of all pages of passport . Will that be all ???? any takers ???
 
Have you heard of left hand not telling right hand what it is doing. That is USCIS for you. Send copies of passports and I94 (front and back) again...
