Any approvals/status of concurrnecy filed cases of I-140/I-485

Any one has seen or heard any status of cases filed I-140/I-485 concurrently. I applied in march, 2004. By seeing so many approvals of April 2004, I am wondering how exaxtly they are processing the cases like this? under new law or old law??

My friend's I140 got approved. His 140/485 were filed conc on March 8 th 04 and his 140 got approved on July 29 th. hope this helps
