    No Title Even I did that from EB-3 to EB-2 and I got the approval in March. Attorney will send the amendment to INS. I was getting different answers from IIO regarding the category before approval.

    No Title BJSR, Approved on 28th March, Got Courtesy Copy on 04/02/2001. Stamped on 04/04/2001 with courtesy copy. Got the Original from lawyer later. When I checked last AVM was still not updated. I will check again and let you know. Hope this helps. You should get anytime.
