Can you get the passport stamped with Courtsey copy?

We received the courtsey copy of the approval notices from VSC. The notice says that the Original has ben sent to the attorney\'s office. The attorney\'s office saya they have not received it.

Would local office accept the courtsey copy to stamp our passports?

How many days did it to took to get the approval notice after approval. My case was apporved two days back when can i expect the notice.
