My 485 was approved last week

Priority Date 9/97
ND 5/00
Category EB2
got 2 RE\'s one for Employment Letter, Tax copies etc, other for
company name change.
Did I-140 redo

The INS gave me EB3 category even though my I-140 was under EB2
Even the I-140 redo was under EB2
EB3 priority date became current this month as the case was
approved on April 3\'rd

So it took a long 4 years. I was about to apply for my 3\'rd AD

what is ur FP date? What is ur RD and ND? could please also tell us EAC first 6 digits

I guess his ND is 5/99. He said he is about to apply for 3rd EAD.
About country, Definetly it is INDIA because he said his case was approved on 4/3 as soon as EB3 dates current.
