Approved, 5/10/01, AVM changed yesterday night.

It is an old case and finally got approved.

hi leo,
Same case here. INS is confused about 2 I140\'s(EB3/EB2). But according to both my 140\'s PD is current. Called INS a couple of times I thought i sorted it all out , but looks like the case is still pending.

Did you have to do anything special?

Another similar case here,
on 5/99 Applied for EB2, they denied saying no advanced degree, so refiled with EB3, but approved with EB2. Dont know what will happen now
