MKK, Did you do anything to push PBEC before they called you? I haven't heard anything since they re-opened my case, I'm afraid that they lost my original files too. I will ask my attorney to contact PBEC, but I really doubt they will do anything.:eek:

Case reopened MKK and NJ-TR, My case was closed in error like MKK on 3/13, the paralegal faxed the proof of filing of RR twice after that but nothing happened. I asked the attorney or the paralegal to call PBEC, but they refused and said nobody will answer the phone or somebody will just...

No, I didn't do the conversion, company only agreed to do that for all remaining TR cases in February, but I already received recruitment instructions back in October last year and submitted the report in Jan.

Congrats! My recruitment report was submitted on 1/25 and I'm still waiting for the approval. :mad:

Recruitment Report Instruction Received Finally received the report instruction from PBEC. No resumes received. Recruitment period ended 12/13. Report instruction received 1/12. Lawyer was on vacation last week, will file report this week.

My recruitment period closed on Dec 13, but yet to receive the instructions/resumes from the BEC.

Thanks for the reminder, my company does not want to do the conversion any way.

RI received for 09/02 PD I just got an email from my lawyer to ask my manager to post internal job notice for 15 days for my recruitment. My ad was posted on AJB by PBEC on 10/12. The lawyer said the recruitment will take 45 days. She plans to post ad on major newspaper on Nov 3, 4, &5.

My lawyer said they are starting to receive recruitment instructions. I will ask her if the new process is any different than the old process before BECs
