Same happend to me last Feb...my attorney received notice for my spouse. I never received FP notice for my spouse, just mine...so my attorney courired me. Check with your attorney.

;)My aunt said, "iam coming here to see my grandchild", she got entry for 3 months only. My mom always says, planning to see east coast or west coast or disney world or Niagra falls..whatever place pops in her mind at that time and it has been 6 months I94 entry without any trouble. ;) Smart mom :D

My PD is Feb 2003 - EB3, havent seen anything like this...Should I expect one letter this like? :(

You could convert to CP if you plan to return home country.

I do not plan on actively working on my company, though I would be helping my spouse on paperwork etc & not planning on claiming salary for myself. The company will be on my name and some my friends are cautioning me that it might trigger RFE in 485.

Can I start my own company while 485 pending? My 140 approved long back & 485 pending since 2 yrs...I have valid EAD and AP & still on H1b. I do not plan to work for my company, but my spouse will be actively working on it with valid EAD. Pl. advise if this will cause RFE on my 485 pending...

Iam in your situation...i was hoping some light this Oct bulletin....Iam thinking should I leave this country and ditch whole GC process... seems to be never ending.:confused:
