November 2009 Visa Bulletin Out!!

Can you believe EB3 India moved by 7 days, wow what a great movement
No GC for you (say it like the soup nazzi from Seinfield, no Soup for you)

Only EB3 China has some significant movement. At this rate of movement, we (EB3) will never get green card.

Well it is the visa nazi - you don't even get to ask why it takes them so long to process a few visas... or why they have had the same "cut off" dates for five years (barring the odd "current" status a time or two!)... nope, they control the visas, and you stand in line...

My case was transfered from Nebraska Service Center to Local service center, Los angeles. Was called for the interview (September 2009), the officer verified everthing and confirmed that everything was OK. He mentioned that the could not approve the case right away becase my priority date is not current (PD March 2007), and will have to wait till the PD becomes current.

Given the above facts...

Is my case pre-adjucated and/or pre-approved?
If I change my job do I have to file AC-21?
What is the probablity to be again called for the interview and/or RFE?

Or any other info you could provide.

Thanks!
