EB3 India Predictions - Outrageous

It is totally shocking news when I read following info. at http://www.cilawgroup.com/news/2009/12/24/visa-bulletin-predictions/

EB-3 India. Very slow movement expected. There are 58,000 pending applications and it is expected to move only up to five (5) weeks over the entire fiscal year.

All these days, I was expecting my GC this fiscal year.

Sorry to share bad information.

I am not sure if the no of pending applications is total or just the past ones. I remmember another link where the # of pending apps were not so high.

Can someone explain pls ?

As you can see even with a limit of 7000 for EB3 India, I should be hopeful(total pending applications for EB3 India with PD till 2001 are less than 2000).

I wish the link, http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/New Str... Reports.pdf has all the pending applications. I read some where, these stats are not included the pending cases at various consulate offices. Also these stats were published about three/four months.

The meeting minutes published at http://www.cilawgroup.com/news/2009/...n-predictions/ are the latest when compared to the former one.

This is the major reason for my concern.

Possible Fraud in approvals

Looks like there is fraud at USCIs once again

Comparing the inventory of july and decembet , total eb3 count reduced by 1733 (62607-60874)

2007 inventory reduced by 294
2006 inevntory reduced by 184
2005 inventory reduced by 277
2004 inventory reduced by 497
2003 inventory reduced by 81
2002 inventory reduced by 158
2001 inventory reduced by 119
2000 inventory reduced by 29
1999 inventory reduced by 4

How do we explain the reduction in the inventory for the years where priority date is not even current ?

Theoritically only 2001 numbers can be reduced and only visas of priority dates before june 22 2001 should be alloted.

Probably someone is taking money to release these visas.

Approval is not the only reason for the reduction in pending EB3 numbers. Reductions can occur from withdrawals, denials, people changing to EB1 or EB2 or EB4 or EB5, people obtaining family-based green cards or approved for asylum, and people switching to consular processing.

How is this possible.

I see there are less than 50 cases in June and July 01 each as per the PDF for EB3 India.

Still they are not moving the dates forward from past 2 months.

Does this mean, they are not even adjudicating 50 cases per month? or this is again some BS uscis is posting?

Money Changing Hands

They are moving new applications and ignoring older ones.

U.S is no better than india, most likely money is changing hands somewhere and newer applicants are getting their green cards silently at the expense of older ones.

At this rate even the projection of 2032 for 2006 priority date will not hold good.

Priority dates and green card approvals are probably big fraud and nothing else.
