My parents have 10 years visa
they have been here before in Dec 2006-jan 2007


they are planning to visit us again in Jan 2010 as we are expecting a baby.


If they are questioned what is the reason for their trip what shud they say?

Does saying tht they are coming to help us....make any difference??

My aunt said, "iam coming here to see my grandchild", she got entry for 3 months only. My mom always says, planning to see east coast or west coast or disney world or Niagra falls..whatever place pops in her mind at that time and it has been 6 months I94 entry without any trouble. Smart mom

yeah do not say that you are coming to help the kids. just say to visit the US of A.

-------------------Help= work. on Visitor visa they are not allowed to work. They are VISITING or purpose is TOURISM.
