hmmm.. I dont think you can bring guests to the ceremony , even if you could, this is a lame reason to request a visa and most probably get rejected

infopass helps in most cases , even if it doesnt , its worth a try, I think you should make an infopass every month just to show them that you exist and try speaking to a supervisor each time you go there

A close friend of mine got a letter saying his I-485 and I-130 got denied , because he didn't appear for an interview scheduled on March 10th , .but he never got the interview notice , they have clearly stated in the letter CASE DENIED and he can file motion to reopen with the appropriate fee...

hey guys , I am curious to know if being scheduled for an interview means all the checks are cleared or I maybe asked to wait even after my AOS interview is approved, I heard its a new rule that they dont give out an interview date if the name check isnt cleared, correct me if I am wrong...thanks!

Houston, TX filers there is still still hope I got my Interview notice for FEB 26 , finally the wait is over!! btw guys does this mean my bankground and fbi checks are clear? I dont want to get a surprise after the interview the IO telling me your interview went well but you gotta wait...

all I can say is start clicking pictures and open a bank acccount ( some banks help out people with bad credit some dont even require you to give a ssn)

only US citizens are eligible for an immediate visa for their spouses, others have to wait outside america till a visa number becomes available or the GC holder spouse becomes a citizen.
