The IVR says the conference ID is allotted to new participants and bridge needs to be unlocked by the host

I have a diploma in business management and post graduate degree in supply chain management. I have evaluated this degree to one and I received the bachelor's in business management, and I have general manager experience in pizza store and Restautant for 3 years and 2 years in retail setting. so can I apply for position of hotel general manager category under Tn visa???
