True I agree with you . I spent just an hour in the first part, which includes reviewing just the application in both interviews. The issue I could not confirm was that the officer had my supporting evidence, which is very important to my case. The officer said, I do not know if I have it or not. In my first interview, the officer was super smooth, but I was met with a very tough and more senior officer the second time. My case is very strong, supported with everything, but even though I showed and presented my case as if I was a lawyer, as I did not have a lawyer in my interview. I was on my own . Easy, fast interview means nothing. Officers, when they want to approve, tend to ask and check credibility and consistency to be sure and have basics for their decision.That is where interview takes more time than usual
