the status changed three times, it seems people who get 'decision pending' gets approved most of the time, but i cant really confirm if its 100% accurate

people says application pending too ? the good thing i was asked about how i followed immigrations law whole time in first half but interview was tough though i was pressured and cried

Hi, thanks for sharing that information. I just wanted to ask are those three people who got approval from the Chicago asylum office this week members of this group, or do you know them personally?
I’ve been waiting for more than 9 months for my decision from the Chicago office, and I haven’t received anything yet. Thanks

I know them personally and 2 of them filed mandamus and within 3 weeks they received the approval letter , the other lady got approved through Congress man, but i have heard so many people complaining about Chicago office. The office takes time to make decision but easy to get approval.
 
Its been almost 5 months since my interview. Tustin office
Applied: 2015 August
1st interview april 29th 2025
2nd interview May 23rd 2025
Status: decision pending

I recently also interviewed at Tustin office and am supposed to pick up the decision tomorrow on 17th. However, I got a call yesterday saying my decision will be mailed and I don’t need to come pick it up. Do you also get notified to change the delivery method to mail?

Also, I got the call from DC instead of Tustin office. Does anyone experience this before? Does this mean my case is under headquarter review?

My deliveru method hasnt changed at all. Because I live far away from La
 
I have to move out from the state very soon and I do not know if I change my address would this transfer my case to the new city and reset my case ? I am pending decisions and I did two interviews ?

Do neither of you have an attorney? I would advise you retain one going forward to even review and call them .
