There is actually a pattern… it’s just not everyone here tells the full story or their background… trust me there is some sort of pattern unless a policy change happens in asylum office…nowadays if your case isn’t complex and doesn’t need extra layer of review you will get the decision in 2/3 weeks… and if your case needs checking with dhs files you will get your decision in 2/3 months and if your care have some inconsistencies you are 100% going to be called for interview and wait between 4-8/9 months… and if you are from a country with a complex legal issues your case will 100 percent go to headquarters and asses for trig which might take more than a year and some cases are intentionally hold when there is some sort of regime change or policy change in certain counties or actorsI am just talking in general, but yes, it might get approved even if the interview is very short. It depends on the claim and the person’s case. But in general, I saw many people spend more time and get approved, and some waited months or years to get a decision, while some got approval in just a few days. So it is not standard . it’s different from one person to another. Do not panic; relax, everything will turn out perfect as it should be. There are no patterns; everyone’s life is different . it’s not science![]()
