Wondering If both parents filed separately, Can Dependents be included in both applications?
I believe kids can only be included in one of their parents’ applications. They have to be mentioned in both, but in the part that says: “If the child is in the U.S., is this child to be included in this application?” You select ‘yes’ on one application and ‘No’ on the other parent’s application.

Hi I got one Update on my case says " Biometrics appointment scheduled" for my dependent what would be the outcome of interview Decision. Does any one have same experience. because i have already done my bio-metrics before interview but here asking for my kid only here. any suggestions or experience would be helpful.

Response received 3 years after interview
Filled FOIA but received approval letter instead
Interviewed 3 years ago, no response whatsoever. But received an approval notice roughly 2 months after filling the FOIA
I got recently updated like Scheduled Biometrics for my kid; after 3 months of interview.

your case has been approved, because I was asked to do biometrics for my daughter on the 19th and approval came like 2 weeks later
