Sorry to hear that, so now we know as lots of people said at the forum that “decision was mailed” without “fees were waived” is 100% referral. Also “good interview” doesn’t mean approval

You can tell me the name of judge and state and where were you born? Then I will tell you exactly statistics in % but remember that your case is unique

Can anyone accept decision or it must be the same person against whom the decision made to accept the mail? I heard if they don't find the actual person on the address they don't deliver. How true is that ? If so, I need to stay home. Please advise

I don’t know about accept but if they don’t deliver you can pick up at USPS office next day

Yes, it is approval. I just received email notice of approval. Thank you for being resource when there seems nowhere to go and ask for any information. For those of you who kindly shared your experience generously, thank you! you gave hope for someone on this forum including me! I wish you all best of luck on this very draining and painfully long process. One thing I would recommend for those of you who are still waiting, Act now as long as you have the option. Don't wait up!
