Waiting Asylum decision

The US must comply with international laws. If they cannot process cases in a humanitarian timeframe, then they should tell asylum seekers from the beginning that they will have to wait 7 to 9 years to get (GC) if they are approved!!! The immigrant has the right to decide but not to put people’s lives on hold which is so inhumane. I personally sued the (USCIS) once and will continue to sue them if they keep me waiting longer than anticipated when it comes to N-400 applications citizenship. USCIS is one of the most inhumane federal agencies. They only understand the language of the lawsuit but nothing else. No one should have to wait years anywhere to have their cases processed! People lose family members, partners and financial assets because of the unknown wait times of USCIS! The entire process is unfair especially when they are processing new cases first. Where in the world do we live where the new cases are processed faster? Are we living in free country or in a banana republic where the newer cases are processed first? God bless America but the USCIS is the worst federal agency in this country. Period
Potential case for class action

AND why are you even complaining on here? all the way you need to sue them immediately and you will get a decision in 60 days and the lawsuit has no effect on the decision!!! i sued them for 1 year delay Green card and you 2 years without decision and still not suing them!!!! that's harsh.
Whats the reasonable time we should wait for interview before sueing them? I am waiting for interview since Jan 2022

First of all, USCIS not requested or forced him to come to US and apply for asylum. He came here and applied for asylum. If he couldn’t wait, he should have quit right away 9 years ago. They have hundred of reasons to prove their version. So please go ahead and do what you want to do. It’s his decision. Don’t waste other’s time and ask them what to do?
Let me guess, you from China or Asia?

For this purpose he should consult an immigration attorney because this is not affirmative case. Without attorney he can not file and contest his case.

In EOIR it shows that they have upcoming master hearing date. Thats why i was confused. what should we do ? USCIS or EOIR ? Is there any difference ? Anyone came through boarder here ?
Yes, USCIS handles only affirmative cases and the cases they refer to court goes to EOIR.

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a great Christmass.
I have a question,
What happens when 60 days of mandamus are over? Like 60 days after serving uscis with summons?
