Hi guys! Could you please tell me, when I checking my case status online already a little bit more than one month I can see the answer: “Decision Was Mailed
We reached a decision on your application. You should expect to receive the decision shortly. You must follow the instructions in your decision letter as to what to do next.”.
I had an interview 05/02/2023, then 06/20/2023 I received notice with possible denial, and I had 16 days to send more evidence, so of course I sent them more information. After that 07/07/2023 my status changed from “decision is pending” to “decision was mailed”. And till now I didn’t got any letters from USCIS. Today is 08/09/23, so it more than a month that I’m waiting for answer. Do I have a small chance for approval?

My Friend! I am sorry to say that, unfortunately, it seems that your case has been denied or referred to court. To make sure, please check your name under Alien# with EOIR website, link below

Actually I don't know exactly what is your timeline. So I can't guide you properly. If you share your previous status time line, then maybe I will be able to let you know exactly where your case stands. The above was a response based on your feedback you mentioned. Thanks

Are you still in a valid status? If so then your case won’t be referred to the court.

Thank you for information! Right Now I have TPS status till October 19, 2023. I don’t know what will happen to my status after that time. I’m from Ukraine, and US government gave temporary protected status for Ukrainian people till October this year. Is this mean that I have to pick other immigration option if I’m not going to court with my denial case?
Thank you for your time!

are you also currently on any visa? I am not sure about the TPS. But what I know if you are on a visa then referral to court is not an option but you still have an opportunity to apply for the affirmative asylum again if you have any change in circumstances that may have an impact on the outcome of your claim if you apply for asylum again.
I am assuming you applied for the asylum without a lawyer, Correct?

I came to US in August 2021 with student visa. I hat this type of visa till September 2022, then I got TPS status. I stopped studying after I was approved for TPS, so my student visa no longer valid. And I have just TPS status till October 19, 2023.
I applied for the asylum with a lawyer. And now when I’m asking what is happening with my case, my lawyer telling me that we have to patiently wait for an answer from USCIS, and she can not check the decision. So I’m trying to figure it out by myself.

Unfortunately, we have to be patient because it is the only option we have.

If you see above, you mentioned that your current status showed, your decision was mailed but in your timeline you didn't mention it. last status is that decision was made. So in this case, you have to escalate an inquiry through congressman or senator to get the decision.
