VSC I485 Fiscal Yr 2002 - Progress Reports

Mail room or FP, something has been added in that file, therefore it was "touched". Don't be so picky!

If it were just one or two cases, I wouldn't be picky.

If you count FP, you have 806 cases approved or 8 months / month of applications. If you don't, you have 550 cases or 11 months / month of applications or a difference of 3 months.

If you are applying I-485 now thats a difference of more than 3 years.

You are missing something: FP-related are not approved... no matter what we consider "touched", approvals are still being made at the same rate. And "touched" doesn't mean approved by any means, just some info has been changed in that file.

Weekly update.
Quite a high number of done overall, but not where they should be. Sorry for the look of the report this week, I'm sure SBCTSUBLC will make a nice one from the data that we have...

sbctsublc.. can you scan for eac03030...

Hi sbctsublc,
For some reason I am not able to scan. I have applied in Oct 02 with "EAC03030...."

Cna you please do it.

Thx

I have question for sbctsublc's scanning result

Since I have eac-02-281-5xxxx, I scanned eac-02-281-50000 to eac-02-281-55999, I found more than 500 I480 filings. But from sbctsublc's scanning result, I only see 340 I480 filings.

Can you explain this?

Thanks
vivian

I think the results need to be verified

Hi sbctsublc,

You are doing a great job for all of us. I really appreciate it. I also understand that we can't get the accurate information. But, it would be nice if you could correct the errors when and where we find them.

For example, My ND is April 27, 2002 and my receipt number is EAC-02-174-5XXXX. So I scanned from 50000 to 52000. The total count for I485 is 287. But in your file it shows only 216. Could you correct it?

Thanks

Thanks guys!

I just stumbled across this thread. I had no idea it was here. Thanks so much for doing all this. It's greatly appreciated :)

Vivian_gc and ak_cry,
I can fix them, if you could send the series in question by sending it to my email sbctsublc@cox.net. There is always possibility of missing cases in my report because of incorrect pageloads / not timely updation by BCIS and various other reasons at the time of the initial scan.

Latest scan results for FY2002

I don't even bother trying to explain what's going on....
On the other side this week has been more efficient with the completed/touched ratio.

To some questions that came about missing cases: I have noticed that too while doing some re-scans, the original script has some bugs that make it skip valid cases. However, it is more important to have a good percentage-wise view rather than raw numbers, and statistics are correct even with missing cases.

Thanks
