VSC I-485 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

Hi Guys,

RFE was about EVL, J1 visa waiver papers, paystubs, w2, tax returns of last 2 years.

Why did they come back with a 2nd RFE for the EVL? Wasnt the 1st EVL in the correct format? Please let me know.

Anything at all..any RFE approvals? I cant believe this - Someone should atleast have had an update since this thread started - Please update this tracker if your case has had any progress since the last time you updated!

LUD is changing everyday..

My LUD is changing evryday since they received it....does this imply something??

I sent AC21 documentation during 10/2004


485 RFE ( 11/17/2004) ( Letter from original emplyer -- weired even though i sent AC21 docs, 2 months paystubs, Last years Taxreturn and W2's)

RFE responsed on 12/6 , updated today as received.

But the message says it may take from 365 - 560 days , but since initial processing is done will take less than that. No clue if it is a case by case specific or common to all RFE response recevied cases.

I have to start checking status 10 time a day from now on wards.

My status says the same...ie., something like "it may take from 365 - 560 days , but since initial processing is done will take less than that blah, blah".

I don't think it is case specific....but no clue whats going on

Received RFE for all pages of Passport, employment verification letter from current employer with duties, remuneration etc., , 2 years tax returns, w-2, 2 months paystubs for self while all pages of passport to my wife and son on Nov 24th from my attorney.

Just replied today for RFE.

I485 RD oct21,2002 ND: Nov 5, 2002

LUD Update.

LUD Changed for 3 days after BCIS rcvd the RFE reponse. Stopped after That.
Status changed on First day BCIS rcvd RFE response. No Change after that.
 
RFE Delivery??

USCIS sent RFE on 12/02.
Who gets RFE letter?? Me or Lawyer??

hmm..looks like lot of people waiting on the RFE responses. Tonight, I am going to make a spreadsheet (not excel) with all names, RFE recd and responded dates and the current status. Please update the table whenever someone has an update on their cases
