I think only thing you can do right now is to find out the status first.

See the boxed comments on top and call the 8000 number to find out the status.
None that I know of here on this board, but you can look up the AAO decisions. There are all kinds of cases, approved, denied and sent back to service center for review etc. Here is the link to 2004 cases under B6:jaisingh said:

If you go up the level from that page, you can find decisions for other years and one more level up for other clasifications.
There is a user kmol60 whose case was denied after MTR, but that was 290A, MTR only - no appeal.

After long long time I am posting one good news to the forum. To my surprise, I got email at 6PM today that my I-140 is approved and I-485 message changed to
"On April 12, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days
for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. "...
They took exactly 6months to process my appeal.

After long long time I am posting one good news to the forum. To my surprise, I got email at 6PM today that my I-140 is approved
and I-485 message changed to "On April 12, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days
for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. "...

Update on I-290B Appeal
Greets folks,
After filing an "appeal to the commissioner" on 03/04/2005, I had an LUD both on I-120B and I-140 and the message now reads as -
"On April 8, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. "
The last LUD was on 04/11/05 and only I-140 was reopened.

I-290B pending in VSC for more than 60days
My i-290b is still with VSC even after the 60 day timeframe. Anyone in the same boat? Last week did a status enquiry. Should there be an LUD due to the status enquiry initiated?

Concurrent LUD change on I-140, EAD and AP implies denial of I-140?
Hi Everyone,
I responded to an RFE (ability to pay) for my I-140 on 3/30 (see dates below) and my I-140 LUD changed on 3/31, 4/1 and 4/4; message changed to RFE response received.
Meanwhile I did my FP on 4/2 after which my I-1485 LUD and message changed (to FP received) on 4/13.
Today, I again saw a change in the LUD of my I-140 as well as EAD (renewal approved last month) and AP (approved last year). Does this possibly suggest that a denial is on the way? I am quite worried... if anyone has seen this pattern or knows what it might mean, please let me know.

It looks like approval, just pray to God, deffinately U will get good news from USCIS.
