Do you see any LUD/Message change on your I485 after FP?

Yes there is an LUD on my 485 after FP
i am totally forgot about my LUD dates
status enquiry also did Changes in LUD on 140 with no message changed

worried about 140, no LUD's on my 140 till now

Do'nt worry then, I have seen concurrent approval even if there is no LUD on I140 after FP.

How many days did it take for you to see an LUD for a status enquiry. We did a status enquiry on I-290B on Mar 13 and still no LUD.

My LUD changed within 10 days after status enquiry on 485
 
I485

My I485 has been approved today. Spouse is still pending.

Eventually, it took about 40days to reopen and I140 approval,
and 2 weeks for I485.

My education is B Sc Osmania university India and 1 year PGDCA
when I applied for H1-B that time considered also edu evaluationer they given like equalent USA bache......rs degree, I dont know why they did not accepted GC time (I-140 & I-485) .

My education is same like yours. 3 years Bsc and 3 years of pgdiploma from NIIT
i didn't heard any news on my 140
No LUDs changed since filing date
checked with employer and attorney, couldn't get any information from them



I have my labour filing papers(ETA 750 parth B) with me, i am not able to findout with that papers whether education&experiance is taken for considering equivalent to 4 year degree
can i get any information from ETA part B??

Thanks for the hope, smkr. Why do you think it is an approval ? Is there a treand for 140, EAD and AP LUDs to _all_ change before an approval?

I see you are going through a painful process of appeal. Good luck with it, hopefully your LUD is a good sign too :)

EB-3 mean needs US bac...rs dgree or equ...t foriegn degree 4 years any plus 2 year exp... they dont include exp to in edu... like calculate to equ...t bach..rs degree

EB-2
They do if U have more than 5 years exp... they will considred only when U applied as for 750B of labour then U can apply for I-140

do U know anyone got approved like us, 3 year Indian degree + 1 year PGDCA or 2 year PGDCA

I appealed ND is March 8-2005

after that I never seen any LUD do u have any idea even not changed anyone got I-140 approval (EB-3) also how many days takes
mine is almost 45 days back appealed of I-290B

Appeal and waiting

MyI-140 denied based on the Education (3+3 years degree). Appealed on March 14, 2005. I haven’t received Receipt date. I contacted my attorney; she said it would 2-3 weeks to get. No LUD in I-140.

RFE replied on Mar. 29
Approved on Apr. 26
485 reopened and transfered to local office.
