It is EB3 (RIR), RD is Sep-24, ND ( How Can I know this?.) it is in TSC.

Salary Issue!!!

In my LC, the Salary mentioned by company is $70,000. After filing I-485, how much maximum I can get? Is there any limit for the salary? Will it be a problem, suppose if I get $100,000?

Hi, just want to let you guys know my case has been approved yesterday. The details as following:

I checked the AVM last nite.

Actually, it should be early this morning. I checked the AVM at 12:30 am and I can\'t believe what I heard. A good Valentine¡¯s day gift from TSC.

Your ID number missed your IIO by a margin of 4. Yes, my officer is also officer #29.

My Ist RFE (issued Dec 12, 01) was replied on Jan 7, 02 and on Jan 26, 02 I was issued a notice intent to deny the petition, this was due to papers not being signed by same person in my University.
 
I got all papers signed by the person INS insisted upon and sent them to INS TSC on Feb 8,02 and since then I am waiting. I checked AVM two days ago and it playing same message which I heard on Jan 29, 02.

I think your case should have been approved by this time.

I strongly beleive that I am victim of random processing done at TSC.
