Looks like the LUDs yesterday were just another system update. Several people seem to have them on their I-140s and I-131s, both on these boards and on trackitt.

Looks like the LUDs yesterday were just another system update. Several people seem to have them on their I-140s and I-131s, both on these boards and on trackitt.

I got my GC (pastic card) on 07/03/2007, but my FAMILY is still in the loop.
Anybody please throw some light on what's happening in this case..
Here are the details:

My case: -
EB3/PD JAN03
I-485 LUD/JAN'07 : Case moved from VSC to TSC (recd. for all)
FP2 RD: MAY 10th 2007
I-485 LUD/MAY 11th 2007: Document sent to Applicant..
I-485's AD: June 27th 2007 (Card Production Ordered)
June 28th 2007 (Approval Notice sent )
July 3rd 2007 Plastic card recd. No HASSLES at all...
My Wife's case:-

I-485 LUD/JAN'07 : Case moved from VSC to TSC (recd. for all)
FP2 RD: MAY 10th 2007
I-485 LUD/MAY 9th 2007: Notice returned as undeliverable.
Called C.S. and asked the document to resend.
No mail recd as of 08/06/2007, but there was a LUD on 07/27/2007 saying "We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence."
Not received any RFE mail yet.
Can anybody tell me, How long will it take to Receive RFE notice?
Any idea on the RFE content for dependant applicants?
My kid(s) cases:-
Details are same as my case, but not received Plastic Cards. Apporavl Notices received (for both of them) on 07/03/2007.
To my surprise there was an LUD on 07/18/2007 saying "Our last written notice is undeliverable....."
Called C.S. and they say if you receive approval Notice, that's it there is nothing to worry, it could be the notice, which was undelevered to the lawyer"
What should I do in these cases?
Please help.. Lawyer not responding properly.

Conflicting answers from IOs
One week back I called TSC .. Talked to TSC IO. She mentioned that my 2nd FP is due. DId not give anymore info. Also she did not initiate the FP.
Friday (03/08) I went to local office for Infopass. IO said reason for wait is Name check pending. He did not show any screen. Just gave that answer in a min and gave couple of printouts on name check FAQs.
Today I called TSC again. Nice IO answered some questions. As per her my Name check has been cleared in 2005 it self. Only pending think is 2nd FP.
She initiated for both me and my wife. Waiting for 2nd FP notice in 15 to 30 days.
Fingers crossed. any body in same situation??
I am totally confused whom to believe.

Same case like many other folks, got an LUD on approved I-140 & on pending I-131 , got an LUD on pending I-765 as will with today date.

EAD renewal application pending at TSC for almost three months
Hi all,
My I-485 was filed with VSC and then was transferred to TSC in the past March.
I filed an EAD renewal application with TSC on May 17th but so far no approval or LUD. Is this normal? Does anyone have the same experience?
What should I do to speed it up?

I had the same problem with my sopuse EAD case. We filed in October, 2006 and did not get anything more than six months (although we did three info pass visits). My laweyer asked me to file a new application. We filed the new application and it was approved in 2 weeks. In third week we also got the approval of previous application.

LUD on approved I-131

LUDs on old application mean absolutely nothing. I have removed all old applications from my portfolio, and don't even track them.

My last year approved I-140s have a LUD on July 28 but not LUD for I-485. What's the meaning?

This week there are no approvals , not a single one actually...
Looks like TSC has started approvals once again. Couple of approvals noted on trackitt from today.
I know this thread has been pretty quiet since August and hopefully my approval is a start of more good news for many of you: my green card was approved today See my post here:

Like some of you I got random LUD's on my already approved EAD and AP late July, so maybe they meant something after all. But more importantly the IO was right when she said a visa number was already assigned to my case.
