TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

Mine too. LUD'S of 07/08 on 485 and EAD . Same for my wife too.

But AP not updated.

I can see many (if not all) TSC cases with RD between mid May and late June has LUD 7/8 even though I don't know how significant this is.

Can somebody update the tracker to include my case detailed below? I'm not good at Excel and I don't want to mess up the Excel file. Thanks in advance. I'm not from India nor China.

I didn't have LUD on July 8.

My I-485 was recieved on May 2, 2006. FP was done May 25. My AP and EAD were approved already

I had LUD for I-485 on 05/04, 05/18, 05/19, 05/25, 05/26.

I am not sure how many LUDs are needed for 485 approval? my case have not toughed since I did my FP
 
LUD on 7/8, too

I got a new LUD of 7/8 on my I-485 and my already earlier approved EAD. Nothing changed about AP though.

I hope that this global TSC LUD is a sign that they finished phase 1 of bi-specialization, eliminated some of the backlog and are now taking their pending cases off the shelves, reviewing them massively and moving them along! Wishful thinking I know, but sounds good. ;)
 
No, mine does not. Last LUD (only on approved I-140): 6/24/06. I-485 and others have LUDs in May.

Also reached magic 180 days after I-485 filing today! Just getting ready for World Cup final...

140 approved 6/06 concurrent filed with 485( all of them RD 5/22/06.
Hope it will approve soon.
My jouney of GC started in oct 2002 RIR from Indiana still pending without a 45 days letter yet to receive at Dalla BEC. Ofcourse I dont need it any more.
Waiting finger cross like others

How are you expecting a quick approval? Am I missing something here? :confused:

Yes, my visa category is current. I am praying for every one quick approval.
I do have a 485 applied at NSC of PD Nov 2003 pending. We are thinking about substituting that older one with this PERM one as both have now 140 approved, " using Pearson Memo"
.
My case is little technical for common forum member to understand.
1) Have RIR EB2 of PD oct 7, 2002 still stuck @ Dallas without a 45days letter
2) EB2 Physician 140/485 selfpetetion Nov 7, 2003( need 5 years commitement & continous service of Medical underserve area till Nov 2008)
3) PERM based concurrent 140/485 ,5/22/06

Any way, we will be waiting finger cross like you Guys for this long Journey to be over soon.

Can anyone update the tracker to include my case detailed below, please? There are 07/08/2006 LUDs on my I-485 and my spouse & child’s I-485s and I-765s.

I’ve noticed that I-485 receipt dates for manishg_in (EB1-C), civ2ru (EB1-EA), and mine (EB1-OR) are only a week apart from each other’s, mine in between. And our cases seem to be moving at a similar pace. My I-485 receipt date at TSC is 06/20/2006, with ND of 06/21/2006; I did FP (code 3) on 07/05/2006.

Me neither. Mine is one day ealier than yours. But haven't seen LUD since FP. Anything need to worry or should call using POJ trick? I am so happy for those people who have LUD on July 8th, at least sth is going on with your case.

My I-485 RD is 04/24/06 so its older than these may cases, I received an LUD on my approved I-765 on the 07/08 but no LUD on the I-485 which is the one which is pending...strange!!

Did not have one during the weekend. But found out Monday morning, I had one LUD on 07/08.

Makes one feel better even though don't know what is really going on.
