It is common to see an LUD after the FP are done !!! Hopefully you'll see more of them soon !!!
In what EB category your case is ??? And what's your PD date ??? Type more info ...

I am confused by LUD. My I485 RD is 5/15/2006 and FP done on 5/30/2006 and got both EAD and AP on 6/7/2006. However I don't see any LUD in my portfolio account. Is 'my portfolio account' the right place to fine those LUDs? Anyone can help to explain? REALLY CONFUSED...
 
I just received an email saying they sent RFE on my I-765. Do you guys have any idea, what this could be about?

Mine too FP was done on 06/06 and thereafter I had so manu LUDs and none thereafter.

I-485 RD 05/17 LUDs 06/06, 06/07, 06/08, 06/12, 06/13
FP 06/06

Lasyly my approved I-140's LUD was chnaged on 06/24.

Where are the EAD/AP approval for June

I noticed on the tracker that RDs for June 2006 have not received EAD/AP approval. The average days for May RDs were 28-35 days for approval.

Things just slowed down at TSC? or just not posting?

My RD is on 6/5/2006. Today I got emails from USCIS that EAD/AP for my spouse have been approved. But, no update on my EAD/AP.
 
TSC concurrent filers of Jan / Feb 2006

Hi everyone,

My wife and I filed concurrently on January 26, 2006 (RD) and we still have not received approval on the i-140 or the i-485s.

Did anyone file around that time? What about approvals? We are seeing i-140 approvals in 2-4 weeks. Is there a chance that TSC will review my i-140 according to the "i-485" processing schedule (and not according to the i-140 schedule)??

My wife received her EAD and AP in 3-4 months. I just received my AP (after 5.5 months) after an inquiry from a senator's office.

Here are our details:

TSC filing
EB2 - worldwide
i-140, i-485s, i-131s, i-765s (RD January 26, 2006)
FP (February 11, 2006) WALK-IN
AP & EAD for spouse (AD May 9, 2006)
AP for principal (RFE June 25, 2006 - AD July 6, 2006)
EAD for principal (pending - multiple LUDs ending 3/29/06)
i-140 (pending - multiple LUDs ending 3/29/06)
i-485s (pending - multiple LUDs ending 3/29/06)

Most of the time it is to send a more clear picture.

EAD approved: July 6 2006

(6) By now, I was very impatient, so called TSC again on June 29th. Again I was told "Case under review". Officer refused to confirm security checks.
(7) LUD on 07/05/2006.
(8) GOt approval emails for spouse and myself at 6:30 am on July 6th.

I wish to thanl Prince of Jungle for the trick, EB1DOC, Toxsci, Nikka Singh, and everyone else on forum for all the information. BTW I also found this document for complete I-485 adjudiation proceedure.

To call TSC directly using POJ technique: Dial National customer service number: 1-800-375-5283---select 1—select 2—select 6—select 1—enter your SRC number—select 1---select 3—and select 4 to speak to a TSC representative. If your I-485 SRC doesn’t work, punch in your I-140 SRC after going back to the main menu. When the representative asks for SRC number, give your 485 SRC.
 
Today i checked and realized that there is a new LUD for I485 and AP. Its weird coz my AP has already been approved 6.8/2006

I485 RD 6/13/2006 LUD 6/2 6/3 ,new LUD 7/8
FP 6/2/2006
I765 Approved 6/8 but noted new LUD 7/8

Any theory as to why?

Hi,
I have been following I-485 cases with the same receipt date of mine. All of them including mine have new LUD 7/8. I guess this LUD is for all 485 cases at TSC.

7/8/06 LUD too!

Mine had 7/8/06 LUDs on all I-485s forms (Spouse, child & I) and all our EADs. When i opened my portfolio there were no changes but when I clicked on the LUD header and it updated the dates to 7/8/06. :)

LUDs make me so happy. :D
