Transfer VSC -> TSC

I-140 & I-485 approval

Today must be one of my lucky days!
I just checked my email and got some wonderful news. My I-140 EB1-EA has been approved (transferred from VSC to NSC on 05/05). About an hour later (5:46pm EST), our I-485s (both for myself and my wife) have been approved as well (Our I-485s were not transferred to TSC, LUD 03/11)! My EB2-NIW is still pending at TSC (transferred on 04/24). Even more interesting is that VSC approved our I-485s even though they were linked to my I-140 NIW petition.
I am extremely pleased with NSC and VSC for their quick approvals of our case. Hence my waiting game has come to an end in slightly less than 4 months (ND for I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 is 01/27/2006). I am not from a visa retrogressed country.

This is called great luck. Many of us just keep waiting for LUDs day and night... but someone else steals the show :)

LUD...but no emails

Hi all,

My case shows LUD as May 20, 2006. but I haven't recieved any emails for this.
I checked my email options on USCIS site and it is on. Moreover I have received all the emails relating to transfer of my case from Vermont to Texas.

Receipt Date: Feb 22, 2006
Notice Date: Feb 24, 2006
Transfer Date: April 22, 2006
Texas confirmation Date: April 24, 2006
LUD: May 20, 2006 (But not notified through Emails)
Waiting...... :confused:

Don't know what's happening?
 
LUD changed to May 20, 2006.
EB1-C, I-140, RD: 12/23/2006, ND: 12/28/2006
Transfered to TSC 04/18/2006, Received at TSC 04/20/2006.
 
EB1-OR 140 approved (VSC->TSC)

Hi,

I applied for EB1-OR 140 (VSC) in Feb 2006. Didn't apply for 485 because i'm from India.

140 transferred from VSC to TSC around April 20, 06.

Over the past few days there was a flurry of LUDs.
Today, I got three emails saying that the 140 was approved.

NIW Nov 04,
Murthy Forum (2006Tracker thread) had reported a few I-140 approvals (VSC to TSC transfers). Looks like EB2 (labor based) and EB3 with ND March 2006 are getting approvals now.
 
EB1, institution (University) sponsor. 2/25 submitted,4/20 transferred,5/25 approved.It seems that transfer is a good sign (speed up the process).

congratulations! I have not seen any approval on transferred NIW petitions yet. Good luck for the remaining part of your journey. You are almost there.
 
No approvals today !!! TSC computer servers are down lately? I spoke to TSC today and they said not decision have been take as of now and compters are down hence expect delays in updates.
