Transfer VSC -> TSC

Dear NIW Now 04,
I believe I saw one or two approvals (EB2/EB3 cases) posted on the Murthy forum. These cases were transferred around 04/24. After the LUDs on 05/09-05/11, these cases got one more LUD on 05/25 before approval the next day. You can expect something similar soon. A few officers may have left early for the Memorial day weekend, and we may see some actions sometime mid next week.

I saw two transferred cases were approved in "TSC Tracker". One is EB3 and the other is EB2(labor). Another EB1 OR case was also approved on friday.

We already received the approval notices (hard copy). We also received an email notification yesterday stating that a new card has been mailed to me and my wife. As such we should be getting the card next week. If not, we can go to the local USCIS office to get the temporary I-551 visa stamp on our passports, which is valid for a year.

Latest LUD on 05/29/2006. No change in status.

EB1-C, I-140, RD: 12/23/2006, ND: 12/28/2006
Transfered to TSC 04/18/2006, Received at TSC 04/20/2006.
1st LUD 05/20/2009
2nd LUD 05/29/2006

I dont know if this is a good sign.
 
I think it is a good sign.. Keep checking LUD and status... I am sure you would receive some news very soon.

My I140 application was transfered to Texas on May 9.
I got an email from USCIS stating that it has been approved on May 24th.

Does anyone know where should I file my I1485 ? Should it go to Vermont as I had submitted my application there or Texas, where it actually got adjudicated?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

My I-140 is approved after a long wait. LUD yesterday indeed was a good sign. Good luck to evryone.

I am the one whose case was never touched other than RD and transfer! Almost 3 months.... :(

What should I do? You are awaiting decision for only last 3 months. On the other hand I am awaiting decision for last 6 months. Imagine my frustration !

When was your case transferred? I can only comfort myself that most approvals were cases transferred in April not May...
